Stamping Tool Design Engineer

 

Job Responsibilities:

1.Design new stamping tools and track progress timeline, preparing relevant documentation.

2.Resolve abnormalities related to component QC issues, delivery schedules and assembly in tool components.

3.Collaborate with assembly technicians to ensure on-time sample delivery.

4.Analyze and resolve quality issues in the stamping sample process.

5.Execute Engineering Qualification (EQ) for new product introduction.

6.Analyze and implement improvements for both new and existing tools.

7.Prepare Flow charts, material specifications, DFM (Design for Manufacturing), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and other related technical documents.

 

Required Qualifications:

1.Minimum four years of experience in precision progressive stamping tool design (deep drawing tool design and hands-on assembly experience preferred).

2.Proficient in CAD software for tool design.

3.Proficient in 3D design software.

4.Office software.

5.Knowledge of machining processes and metal material characteristics.

6.Competence in comprehending technical drawings and documentations in English.

Injection Mold Design Engineer

 

Injection Mold Design Engineer

 

Job Responsibilities:

1.Execute design tasks according to project schedules and promptly address any abnormalities.

2.Participate in early-stage project discussions with clients and conduct DFM and other technical documentations.

3.Actively engage in mold manufacturing and production department reviews and provide optimization proposals.

4.Perform root-cause analysis for trial molding defects and deliver mold modification plans.

 

Required Qualifications:

1.College degree or above in Mold or Mechanical Engineering, with over 3 years of experience in precision connector mold design (experience in major manufacturers or acoustic/optical mold design is preferred).

2.Capable of independently completing full 3D modeling (UG, CAD) and 2D dimensioning, with basic knowledge of mold flow analysis software.

3.Solid understanding of plastic injection molding processes, familiarity with mold design and manufacturing workflows, and proficiency in various plastic mold structures and machining techniques.

4.Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to listen, speak and write in English.

5.Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to handle work pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Lead mechanical design, drafting and design review processes.

2.Oversee sample production and quality assurance tracking.

3.Execute equipment installation, commissioning, modifications and continuous improvement.

4.Develop innovative technologies, machinery and manufacturing processes.

5.Independently resolve technical issues during testing and validation phases.

6.Create comprehensive process documentation and operation manuals.

7.Conduct cost analysis and implement cost control measures.

8.Process Engineering Change Notices.

9.Complete additional assigned engineering tasks.

10.Perform equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance (PM) planning.

11.Apply ergonomic principles in engineering designs.

 

Required Qualifications:

1.Apply ergonomic principles in engineering designs。

2.Experience in 3C or semiconductor related industries.

3.Skilled in the use of various mechanical components, manufacturing, assembly, and debugging.

4.Strong background in selection and application of standard parts such as hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, electric cylinders, sensors, etc.

5.Extensive experience in mechanical mechanism design and understanding of process requirements for automation control.

6.Experience with SCARA/Spider robots to optimize pick-and-place processes and improve efficiency.

7.Basic knowledge of screw driving and dispensing processes.

8.Experience integrating vision systems into automation equipment.

9.Experience in Jig and mold design is preferred.

10.Ability to work under pressure and independently lead mechanical design projects.

11.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

12.Strong English speaking and writing proficiency.

Connector R&D Engineer

 

Connector R&D Engineer

 

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the entire product development cycle from conceptual design to pre-mass production, including structural conception, detailed design, tolerance analysis, FMEA, assisting in sample production, trial production until verification approval and handover to mass production.

2.Lead new connector project design, sample production and component qualification.

3.Maintain and optimize existing products through continuous improvement.

4.Provide technical support to clients and related departments.

5.Participate in early-stage design discussions with clients to facilitate new project implementation.

6.Communicate with suppliers, sales departments and other non-technical teams when necessary to resolve R&D and commercialization issues.

7.Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisor.

 

Required Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of connector development experience (aviation/medical connectors preferred), familiar with new product development and introduction processes.

2.Proficient in using drawing software.

3.Capable of independent product solution design, structural design, mold development follow-up, sample testing and qualification, and documentation preparation including product specifications, BOM and process instructions.

4.Able to independently resolve issues during product design, manufacturing and production phases.

5.Familiar with relevant connector industry standards and technical requirements.

6.Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

7.Strong English reading/writing skills with the capability to communicate effectively.

Senior Plating Engineer

 

Senior Plating Engineer

 

Job Responsibilities:

1.Establish and optimize plating processes, develop standardized documentation for corporate plating systems.

2.Participate in creating production-related specifications for suppliers including SOPs, CP, PFMEA, procurement standards, validation protocols, and training materials; conduct regular supplier audits.

3.Implement process improvements and material optimizations to reduce costs.

4.Resolve production line issues at supplier facilities.

5.Support R&D in evaluating new products/materials and assessing mass production viability.

6.As senior plating expert, participate in plating-related decision-making for all company projects and report directly to VP of R&D.

 

Required Qualifications:

1.College degree or above in Applied Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or Electrochemistry.

2.8+ years of experience in the chemical plating and electroplating industry.

3.Expertise in micro-metal component plating (rack/barrel plating), with preference for experience in nickel/gold/silver plating on copper/aluminum/stainless steel substrates.

4.Proficient in plating solution analysis/selection, electroplating/chemical plating tank solution addition and process maintenance.

5.Responsible for the development of electroplating/chemical plating process documentations and overseeing the operation and improvement of electroplating/chemical plating quality system and its suppliers.

6.Lead electroplating/chemical plating defect analysis/improvement initiatives to enhance product yield rates.

7.Manage electroplating/chemical plating line layout planning and upgrades at supplier facilities.

8.Familiar with plating facility safety protocols, environmental compliance, and EHS standards.
